Looks like the UN and PL have come to their senses and their pursuing Farole dual track policy, no offence to the south and central regions but you guys have your own set of priorities and challenges while Puntland has its own set of problems and priorities, we don't need one size fits all ridiculous UN policy to Somalia.Some regions are development ready and institutionally mature. Some regions are fragile or emerging states with a great humanitarian, security challenge, institutional maturity to reach, it's absolutely unfair and unreasonable to then treat all regions as one policy.

Great move Deni and UN, this will help Somalis as a whole when each region is dealt with where it's at in its state experiment and institutional maturity.

We are like a lot of European countries such as Italy and Spain where the north is more industrialized with fairer skinned people and the south is the capital which is less industrialized and has darker skinned people. PLers are like the white man of Somalia, more civilized and mature than the rest with a long history of kingship and governance.
