in the last few weeks puntland region has returned to piracy due to economic struggles at home. It seems like the puntland project is facing some serious crises from gaas being kicked out of the capital of the state for few months to assassinations and soliders (who haven't been paid for nearly a year now) seizing government buildings hostage.
