This is not true, Mudug MJ do not share a region with HG, but share a border. There is a line that used to run through old "Mudugh" whose markers are still standing. Over the past 25 years, the seperation has become total.
The region known as Mudug is for all intents and purposes divided, the UN even acknowledged this in its 2014 population estimate.
