I'm all for peace and prosperity in all regions of SL but this is bullshit.

Togdheer probably has double the population of sool yet it's got 3% more representation?

Likewise Maroodi-Jeex/Hargeisa is the most populated region with 21%!?

I want a somaliland that fully represents everyone fairly regardless of qabil but it must be proportional (based on population size).
