You're right nothing goes through his head. It's not about if they have that 1 million, they get millions from IC like recently for COVID but withheld from PL and JL. We have to ask ourselves why are they now doing this but nothing for bardheere and other regions? this is not a dig at those towns but they should get their fair share of response and help so Qardho getting special treatment just means there is politics behind this.
