Qatars future doesn't look bright we don't want to side with the losing side and anger the SaudisQatar should picked in an instant.

That report isn't aimed at Farmaajo or Somalia but it's to show the IC that Qatar does nation building instead of funding terrorism which is the accusation.
But if a fragile country as Somalia accuses Qatar/KSA that they fund terrorism, that might nail the coffin. That accusation should have a huge price tag though.

Perhaps, but even if it wasn't intentional...a vulnerable Somalia would still be in the interests of the US. The coastline, instability/infighting, and whispers of oil make the region a quite appealing target in the geopolitical quest for power and resources.Perhaps this is the work of the US to bring Somalia down

Way too late for mending ties with Iran just by observing the current hostile environment within the gulf/GCC plus it would be seen as a belligerent move (especially for a gaajo nation like ours) towards the gulf nations who are already too involved in Somali affairs.
Long story short they would f*ck up Somalia from the inside (fund al-shabab/militia's etc).
