There are linguists who claim that there Cushitic loanwords in Chadic languages, specifically North Cushitic (ancestors of Bejas).
This means Chadics & North Cushites lived in close proximity in Sudan until the Chadics migrated and entered the Sahel.
Sahelian E-V32 in Arabia especially in the Eastern Khaleej where it is concentrated outside of Africa was probably brought by Sahelian slaves tbh.

Semitic is not a paleolithic language, so it is impossible for the PS speaking ethnicity to admix with the Natufians.
Proto-Semitic is at maximum 5k years old. Semites who entered Asia/Levant via the Sinai admixed with the incoming Iranians/Zagrosians (pre-Indo European) which is where the J1 haplogroup came from. E-M35 original Semites ended up getting dominated by these Zagrosians paternally especially with founder effects. E-M34 is still pretty wide spread among Semites.
E-M35 is the true progenitor of the Afro-Asiatic family.
