QQ deserves major credit. This was a highly contentious decision and could’ve caused clashes over the degmo and a failure in the unity of the Shabaab operations. Hobyo’s development was paused by Shabaab controlling xarardheere and failure to build a maamul in Hobyo for years.

Did QQ name this supposed admin for Harardhere?

Let’s wait until the dust settles in Harardhere and there’s no alshabab between Cayr deegans then a real administration through Gole deegan can be built.

Does ku xigeen mean anything important in Galmudug? In SL the only positions that are important in any district are is the seat of the mayor and the xoghaye position because they carry the official stamps. The ku xigeen is really a non seat in SL districts as they have no power and no seal of authority.
