I’m not sure if it even matters. He is already more than halfway done. His campaign against kabab has failed, there will be no local elections this year or the next, there will be no parliamentary elections in 2026 to replace 4.5, the constitution can’t be completed until issues relating to Galmudug, Banadir, SSC and Somaliland are addressed and there are no votes for that, etc..
