Iran literally helped the US invade Afghanistan and Iraq. The fatimids were helping the crusaders.

Another thing that annoys me is the people who are so super anti-Saudi..... I think like half the time, it's part of a push to Westernize Islam.... multiple times I've seen such "defenders of Islam" rail against Saudi then turn around and defend watered-down types like Hamza Yusuf.

I don't believe in being emotional and I believe in being practical- not naive. Why should I engage in a campaign against one of the most conservative Muslim countries in the world and where the outcome is a strategic victory for liberalism, feminism, lgbt, etc.? Who actually benefits from the campaign?

It's like all the anti-Trump stuff. I don't like Trump but a lot of that was really about giving power to the Democrats.

I'm all for anti-imperialism but I'm not willing to water down my religious beliefs. I'm against Israel AND Iran. My ideal platform would be something like King Faizal- Salafi AND anti-imperialist. We should be ready to defend our religion with our lives. Under NO circumstance, should we be willing to compromise when it comes to our religion.

Some people don't have a problem with Shi'ism because they don't believe Sunni Islam is the objective truth. Audhubillah.
