Race is a social construct and proven finally for Somalis. Nations and Tribes only existed, not the words qabiil iyo qowmiyad in the quran like qowmiyad luud meaning the nation of luud who would consist of the people of luud and they were a people based on 'language' not 'color or skin' because color and skin doesn't unify anyone because we have different skin-tones so we wouldn't agree and start fighting and returning to qabyalad which the quran forbids. The quran makes it clear to unite qabiils under 'language' so they stop fighting and everyone starts to get judged on their arabic language skill and that's why you find arabs can be anyone as long as you speak arabic and the closer your arabic is to quraysh which is the language of quran, the higher class you were in old islamic empire. That's why blacks, white, brown, and reds were in the empire of islam and felt no racism because they knew the judging criteria was how well you speak 'quraysh' the language of the quran and you would be getting top jobs in the empire.

Language unification is necessary for nation building or else tribes who speak different languages will fight and have wars like happened in the dark age of europe and we know how long that lasted. One of the key reasons Israel never became an empire and never will be is because it's not based on 'hebrew' language skills, it's based on 'genetics' and tribal identity, hence it's borders is impossible to expand beyond where it is. Original Islam was built and intended to be an empire for the whole world and why it says take it everywhere and the world is a mosque for you. We need to understand the empire part is 'language' unification so any tribe, race or language can join. Then it created a structure where christians and jews can participate and be judged purely on their 'language' ability of arabic not on their religion at all. There is no judgement in the empire based on religion because it's intended to spread on the world and it cannot spread if it is imposing 'religion' as people will fight, religion is a personal matter to them and shouldn't be used to define their class in the islamic empire. From my religious understanding, but I am not sure and it's not our problem to know as we are not ISRAEL, they are 12 tribes, and 1 tribe is Judah.
