Most of what this guy mentioned is based on white supremacist talking points.
He starts by claiming to have studied the "quantitative" and "qualitative" evidence thoroughly and to have extrapolated the data to reach "solid conclusions" that "whites are the superior race".
Sadly he gives no proof of that whatsoever apart from mentioning the names of controversial race researchers, the Fitzpatrick scale for skin colour and words like "Congoid", "Negroid", "ni99er" and "White".
He then makes the bombshell claim of having had sexual relations with 95 people of both genders and all races as this is he claims the best method for learning about race. I.e observing naked bodies and being sexual.
This guy is a complete nut job. Not surprising that he "really surprised" you, whatever that means.
