That truly not a bad idea, because it would allow the native people of that country to be dominant over all of the foreigner. Racial hierarchy is needed when you have a nation of small or growing population

All these countries in that part of the world dont like Black people because of many peoples' bad behaviour. Black people then quiver and try to prove themselves when they realize they cant be fooled. If you treat them well, they take advantage of you and don't respect you. They look at your country's laws and societal boundaries with contempt. Blacks see niceness as weakness and these countries realized you have to be somewhat cruel with them. Malaysia is racist but it's only really towards the other groups that live there. If Blacks didn't do crimes and social disorder in Malaysia, this wouldn't have happened.

It’s messed up though. And it doesn’t even do anything. Despite the constitution giving ethnic Malays a huge advantage, prioritising top jobs for ethnic Muslim Malays, the Chinese minority are still outperforming them.
