Even though,it will avert Some major Damage,Still The rain alone is Not enough,These People Need all the Food/assistance they can Get,Remember the Food crops from Last Year Failed and It will Take Maximum 3-4 Months For Farmers To grow food Successfully.but overall,good for livestock but in 2018,we will be back to square one.
