Begging has became part of the Somali culture nowadays, We can build dams and water reservoirs to harvest the rain water, instead this useless leadership prefers to wait to Arabs for few tons of food, You know what they about begging "Baryo badan iyo bukaan badan waa la isku nacaa"

Somalis should invest in water reservoirs. You cannot relay on constant water flood in Africa.
