There are people who struggle and have low oratory skills and Farmaajo comes acrosd like that but are introverted. His PM is more articulate he is repetitive in his speech and often seems forgetful but better than Gaas who I cannot even understand what he is talking about after listening to his incoherent speech for a small segment.

Farmaajo is a great public speaker when he's speaking from the heart and not reading off of a paper. He's spent the last six or seven years going around the world speaking to different Somali communities after his prime ministership ended. He could not have sustained his popularity for that long if he did not have the ability to speak to and connect with people.
But what Farmaajo struggles with is reading fluidly from paper and also speaking English without a cringy accent. But this problem is shared by nearly every single Somali politician. The only prominent Somali person who i have seen display competent public speaking skills is Ahmed Samatar, the rest are all trash including the PM who sounds like a dinka esl student trying a little too hard.
