To be honest ogadenia should stay in Ethiopia for a couple more years because joining the fgs will hinder its development

No a monarch will have a clear line of succession whereas a military leader not so much

Free them but they should not join Somalia they should become their own independent countries.

We also need funding to build viable projects that would let us be competitive on a global scale.
Maybe government guaranteed loans like the SBA program in America and FHA mortgage loans to kickstart our construction industry.
50% of the loan is guaranteed and the rest is collateralized with the project's assets with some small cash equity.

Can you rebuild when your enemies know your end goal?
Once we regain both those regions; Ethiopia and Kenya will no longer have a reason to keep us down.
However; until then, our enemies will make sure we'll never have the resources to attempt annexing them again.
So we have to essentially build the plane while we're flying it. Difficult, but they're both 4th world states. So, if we can't beat them with arms tied behind our back we might as well commit seppuku.
