If he works for the govt he's not random. The government should brief/ school these people on how to conduct themselves online. These inflammotary statements without concrete evidence can damage the image of the government. There is rising feelings of togetherness across the country, this is not the time to make statements that are counterproductive. This is what someone with ulterior intentions would say so hastily after things just had happened. fishy.
