SL has told all foreigners to register, those who refused are told to hit the road. The onus of what happens in Lascanood is on reer laascaanood, we all know that every tribe has influence over its own city to make decisions so stop crying foul.

NOW, if someone from djbouti comes to Xamar or vice versa they're expected to pay a visa fee during their stay. Somalinimo is never questioned in this regard but we all know what somalinimo means for majority of you
