Very. Everybody speaks English and people are helpful. Scandinavia is rated at the top for expats though you might have a hard time making friends

Residence permit is easy to get, Depends how big your pension is tho, countries like finland,norway for example are very expensive. Also there is the language and culture barrier. Its better to come for a visit imo but maybe other users here can chime in on this

I would never consider fake Scandinavia; Finland doesn't appeal to me.
