This hadith about women not being succesful if she leads a nation actually contradicts quran if that is the real meaning.
Quran clearly mentions queen Balqis being succesful and wise leaderess, ,controling over her own empire with wisdom and shura(listening to advises of others).

Also look at modern time , Merkel is succesful. Ask any German economist. If she was bad why would they re-elect her?

But if the meaning is only Persia failed then it is true. The persian queen failed to unite her nation, not because she was woman but because they were too divided.

So i read that hadith in light of context.
