Remember the 8 so called Shabaab recruits from Burco that ignited heated thread

Turns out they were tahriibis trying to board a boat toYemen to be smuggled by traffickers.

8 men and women from Burco caught by PSF were on a migration from Bosaso to Yemen.

They received advice on the dangers of illegal migration and putting themselves in the care of merciless traffickers and were told to return to Burco.

They will be released.

Common sense dictates that Somaliland just like Galmudug and Federal Government work closely with each other's intelligence agencies as with Puntlands security agencies to combat terrorism as the west encourages and aides intelligence sharing and tipping each other off about potential security risks. Many of this agencies fall with the CIA.

It was only weeks ago when Tahlil a british citizen was caught in Galmudug by joint operation of US, Puntland, Galmudug and Federal intelligence agencies. Tahlil is suspected to be the ring leader of a Shabab cell that was behind the murder of prominent religious leaders, politicians, elders, businessmen, women and youth leaders in the northern section of the city under Puntland administration. Tahlil also caught in 2013 by the previous Puntland administration was released in 2014 by Gaas shortly after being elected to office along with 59 other terrorists.
