The idiot shooter was mad because the couple changed into his lane forcing him to panic, veer to the side, and the couple quickly let him have his lane after they changed. (believe me, it happened to me many times, but my road rage was confined to me honking at the driver loudly for some amount of time) Then the shooter goes away from the side of the male driver, and go to the side of the female side and fires shots. She died on the scene.
