I hope Somalis see that every speech the world powers do has current events and then talking about common agreements like let's fight agents of disorder or vacuum like terrorists or rebels or organised crime. It's in every speech they do so it's not just coincidence anymore but genuine.
The reason is selfish on their part as they know if the world slips in disorder the comparative edge goes to who has more experience.

Russia wants to be the USA for the western theater and see it as not only his birth right the last tsar were them I think, that's a caesar title claiming they are his heirs and he wouldn't agree with their nonsensical liberal democracies.
He did push Nordic nations into NATO but he already knew they already were silently and made them show their cards. The problem with neutral nation they will assess where u will go in the event of provocation.

Russia is right noone gave the west legitimacy to define what human rights are it's not endorsed by human beings but themselves. So their is legitimacy issue around how their some human right and democratic torch bearers.
But then their is the rule of law around multi lateral nations like the UN, that defines each nation political independence and territorial is sacred and cannot be infringed.
What does the west do tho? breaks the rules based system more then any other country and acts like saints on TV whose influence is dying due to social.media and they havent adjusted to this new reality.
Be honest does that look like the behaviours of a genuine actor?

I'm urging Somalis even if Neutral isn't perfect learn from Oman who does it best. The China, Russia, and Erdogan Islamist bloc all have very strong arguments and so do the West. It's irreconcilable unless a mutual enemy arrives to their survival which is short term tho.

They say we celebrate our differences(politics, social identity) and forge a commonality around our collective shared interest of human rights, democracy, rule of law. Where as other nations they say we celebrate our identity and then form a system to compliment it for our goals of happiness.
They really do think their in some great experiment shifting from identity politics to ideas based system grounded in freedom, human rights, competitive politics, good governance and rule of law.

Somalis are the anthesis to this western experiment on steroid as their whole fundamental principle lies on ethnic, religion, land, language, clan unit, all identity based on massive Steroids of layered identity checks while other identity based countries, its just language or faith or color.
As for freedom of ideas, human rights, and rule of law are secondary and subject to massive layered of identity checks(unintelligent features). No joke dudes there wud take a dahir alasow in and throw out Einstein, it's not about ideas even if it helps u.

Russia has always gone through ups and downs they will rise again and be the major player in post Cold War Europe (Monroe doctrine type like you mentioned )once they get rid of Putin and focus on boosting there economy rather than annexing Ukraine
Putin is pushing all of Europe even the important ones like Germany further into American hands there cutting and distancing themselves from Russia
I don’t like Biden but occasionally he plays it smart he has made all of Europe see post Soviet Russia as a pariah state and increase there unhealthy dependence on the United States
