I agree. While Somalia needs to arm itself and protect it's people I can't help but worry that this will only benefit various clan lords and their agendas. The president should have a meeting with every clan discuss this and make sure that if Somalia is able to get weapons they are only used to benefit and secure Somalis not clans. It's going to be really really hard but if they are serious about it then they have to put in the work.

Jubbland (forces are useless), Southwest (one of the best police forces in somalia), Mogadishu (Hassan steals the Money), Puntland (one of the best navy's they even have helicopters in the navy), Somaliland (one of the best equipped army).
