All Russian fighter jets have fy-by-wire and are significantly more agile than the F-16; most Russian jets (except the SU-35 & SU-57) lag behind Western aircraft in targeting pods and data-links.
The Su-35 has superior performance characteristics and its electronics should be compared to F-15 and F-18 aircraft
