Putin is in a really bad spot. Sanctions up the wazoo which can cause a civil war/coup in Russia in a few months. He has painted himself into a corner. It wouldn't surprise me if he used one minor nuke on Western Ukraine to mess with everybody psychologically.

Nah I don’t think so, I think he’ll just resort to scorched earth tactics and commit a shit ton of war crimes.

The amount of pro Ukrainian propaganda getting pushed on by western media and social media makes seem like Ukraine is winning not taking any losses.I only see posts of dead or captured Russians soldiers and not the other way around. Whoever believes that is going to be in a rude awakening

It’s highly unlikely they killed 5,000. That’s more than the entirety of coalition losses in the Iraq war.

But I wouldn’t be surprised if more Russians died than Ukrainians. The fighting is urban which favours defenders and many Ukrainian generals were in the Red army so they know the playbook.

Ukraine amd Russia are the largest exporters of food to Middle East. If Russia manages to annex/control Ukraine, it could theoretically influence the political situation in ME. This is a major fact the media has not picked up. Russia is not gonna become isolated so easily.

Ukraine and Russia also export a significant amount of food to India and various african countries, notably Nigeria. Russia has a lot of options to build trade outside of Europe and USA. This is why India abstained in the UN meeting from condemning Russias actions.
