It's been done before where there's been a poll and people can say who they want to win between Russia and Ukraine.

anyways, between all the Ukraine-Russia watchers here... it's sort of been understood who are the more Ukraine-leaning posters and the whole are the Russia-leaning posters

but now it's gotten way more complex. so I'm curious... frankly what I'm really curious is- is there a pro-Prigozhin camp here or is everyone who has a preference between the two in favor of Putin?

I want Russia to win and I want Prigozhin to take over Russia. is there a Prigozhin-leaning camp or is it all either neutral or Putin-leaning?

I don't think people understand the theory behind Prigozhin-sympthizing.

Part of the issue is I think is that Western and Kremlin propaganda have both painted Putin as this ultimate opponent of the West. in reality, Putin has failed to take a hard enough line and I believe if Prigozhin takes power then a much harder line will be taken and Russia's full power will much more be brought to beat against Ukraine.

I am genuinely despondent...... I fell asleep thinking...... one of the biggest events in modern history was about to happen.... then I woke up just a little while ago and I found out the Lukashenko thing is real and Wagner really did back-down........

I think this is a disaster for the Russian side.... I think genuine pro-Russian elements including true Russian patriots.... openly or quietly were wanting Prigozhin to take power so Russia could wage total war..... I would assume that many true patriots put their lives on the line by taking a pro-Wagner stance...... now the Russian government I think will have all the names or many names of people who are true patriots and wanted Putin to be couped..........

I think Putin is a traitor and this is a nail in the coffin for elements who would like to free Russia from being ruled by traitors..... what seems to me is there will be no pro-Russian effort that is not controlled by the Putin government..... everything will be brought under the central control of the traitor Putin.... I think this is a disaster for Russia.... collapse in morale of the pro-Russian side and utter domination by a traitor government.

I think people overestimate Prigozhin and just how effective he would have been as Sovereign based purely on his obnoxious visibility, PR and tirades. He has no military or security/intelligence background of any sort.

I'm certain that those two were trained in military Academies; Prigozhin has no formal military training as a strategist or tactician.

If I'm the leader of some country and I want to hire the leader of the military... am I going to choose a guy who's led troops in Eastern Europe, Africa, Middle East, who has extensive experience actually leading soldiers in battle.... or am I going to choose some person who has a degree from somewhere who has never participated in a war in his life?

That entry is meaningless; Prigozhin was the caretaker of Wagner after it was established by the GRU; its purpose was to give Russia plausible deniability, however, Russia messed up by allowing an opportunistic business man such free rein in the management of Wagner.

Underline Manager, because that's all Prigozhin was; he didn't create Wagner; and contrary to popular belief, he didn't finance it.
