Russian Universities to accept Somaliland's students

Great news!
But there isn't any scholarships for the somaliland students or anything like that, and it might be difficult for the average somaliland family to raise enough money for the tuition. Still it will be doable for some and that's wonderful. I hope many will take advantage of this.

@waraabe Russia is racist as f*ck. I wouldn't reccomend any darkskinned person going over there. Some neonazis BEHEADED some brown dude from a -Stan country and shot another. Russia is also the country with the most neonazis. The place looks beautiful and all, but the racists ruins it
