There won't be an election :mjlol:

I remember someone saying a while back that they're holding secret talks with Somalia and will build a government with them. Conspiracy or not, this place is a joke :manny:

And I am fuming at the absolute cheek of these men using droughts and cholera outbreaks as an excuse when they know very well they haven't done anything to prevent these disasters. They should have been gone in 2015 yet here we are in 2017 with no prospect of an election and many innocent people dying due to incompetence.

The country has gone to shit, it's being held hostage by the least educated/loyal class of Somaliland. God willing the donors cut every penny they give :pacspit:

I don't blame these corrupt politicans, I blame the gullible and naive citizens who continuously fall for their tricks and schemes and never hold them to account for anything.

A nationalist, bloodless (or at most very minimal loss of life) and carefully planned coup? Count me in.

A bloodless coup in Somalia is a fantasy. For there to be peace many people have to die. I also don't see it happening because revolution requires a population that is willing to die for change. The average Somali is happy following his clan leader like a bunch of sheep. Just look at the jokers on here who have an epileptic fit whenever the down-syndrome suffering Gaas is mentioned. For there to be a fire, there needs to be dry timber.:manny:

Be careful mentioning Gaas, his minions will gang up on u:ufdup:

In a democracy the politician fear the people. That's not what's happening here.

It's sad really, that the only somali region to hold anything close to credible elections is the one to hold the least.

I hope ur the first casualty. There's nothing I hate more than those who call for war between Somalis from the comfort of their homes in the West. Calling for a war one has no intention of fighting in is a malevolent mix of cowardice and psychopathy.

They think calling for war is joke its sad

The election will happen in November. People have already received their voter cards.

Funny thing is that since the international community removed funding for the elections the Somaliland government will be paying for it by themselves.

This will be the first Somali election that is free of foreign influence.

you are a serial calaacaler, you are constantly crying about the situation of Somalis while you sit on your ass and do nothing.

It is simple, let me break it down for you my calaacaling friend. in order for things to change, you must fight for things to change. Democracy is worth fighting for. If the elctions aren't held you are under a dictatorship, a weak and terrible one at that too...

so less crying and more action

I will respect you for everything you said above if your are ready to die for it. If not, you have no right to call for war and expect other young men to fight and die on your behalf.
