At least Galmudug is attempting to fix this problem with their conferences. I hope something comes out of it wallahi, it would be the beginning of beautiful things to come, I just hope it doesn't end in no agreement or a fake agreement that is cancelled tommorow and back to the status quo.

Yeah this pissed me off. It's not about rotation that I care about. But Hawiye has not even one effective administration.
