The conclusion is basically I begged the very people responsible for all the terrorists in the world for help and they refused, and that all the technology and expertise we require is in the hands of them and their private contractors that of course don't share any intel with them because they are part of the same team.

The problem with Sanbalooshe and many more like him is the attitude that you can work within the system to beat the system, it's a classic tactic the satanists use to keep people quiet, they bury them in meaningless paper work, tireless roles and get them to go after wild goose chases.

None of these people think outside of the system or even outside of the box to tackle this problem, Sheikh Shariif Fiqi and Tarzan had a winning strategy at a time when shabab was far more powerful and in control of several neighbourhoods in Xamar.

You empower the local leaders, bring back the clan militia's as security to guard their own neighbourhoods, this is basically what happens all over Somalia already, no shabab is able to hide among them, and no will allow a truck bomb to kill his own clan members or decimate his own neighbourhood.

HSM was the first person to change this winning strategy but disbanding this, making up his own loyal security forces to guard neighbourhoods they neither lived in nor cared about, hence bombings became more frequent.

Farmaajo's administration took it a set further, not only did they get rid of these people, but also the very small private security (mostly clan militia) that survived the HSM purges who were guarding the important assets, as a result not only did the bombings increase, but so did the magnitude of these bombings that are killing over a 100 people.

These people have flimsy ideas of running a country the way the western countries are ran, which never works in a clan society like Somalia, even in the European countries the police force is made up of the indigenous native people of that area, you don't have Scottish police guarding London.

SFG made a mistake appointing the 2 toughest jobs in the government which is the the intelligence chief iyo Amniga to a former failed fired chief and a former basketball player. As fucked up as that is, nothing beats appointing the former amniyaat guy for alkebab to an intelligence post if the reports are true.

This is at the cost of Somali lives.

The problem with local militia is extorting people who are passing by and creating accountability. Although i cant argue with security gains these part of Somalia dont have to deal with large amount of people visiting from other sectors as well as the amount of people coming to invest in Somalia capital. More money more problems thats the mains issue.

So the key question is how do you hold local clan militia to obey the rule of law and 2) if someone has a claim vs a local militia how can they get justice and be hold to accountability for there actions.

This extortion became only rife under HSM when he got his own assembled security people not native to the districts to guard them, but under Sheikh Shariif this wasn't an issue at all, those young boys were assembled by clan elders native to the district hence they cannot extort their own uncles, brothers, cousins etc.

Shaxaad is a normal culture in Somalia and this happens everywhere, they actually got their salaries paid and the businesses in the district also paid them, there were multiple incentives at play here and no criminal could hide much less al-shabab.

Sheikh Shariif - Tarzan and Fiqi for accountability dealt with the clan leaders, this culture exists all over Somalia, in a much worse situation in Xamar back then, we never had the proliferation of the issues that we see today and the levels of criminality that followed since.

The way things are going today Mogadishu was safer in the warlord era then it is now, were at any moment 300 people could suddenly loose their life and al-shabab is extorting all the businesses at will.

The only effective weapon to use against an enemy funded by several foreign nations is Qabiil, there is no other way to defeat this cancer, let each dominant group guard it's own districts, this native person has more incentives to protect because there is no were to flee to.

Most of the story might be true but Sanbalooshe is also trying to come up with excuses for his failures.

Still, it's quite obvious that Somalia is still occupied and probably has been since independence apart from the temporary Kacaan regime (which was probably filled with foreign plants).

Makes you wonder why Farmaajo and Khayre aren't speaking up in regards to the lack of real support from the international community.

Another reason to think that they might be puppets as well.

Even if a group of qualified Somalia forensic scientist volunteers went over to help... I doubt they'll make it to their hotel from the airport.
