According to Swedish forums, the attacker is a Swedish man aged 35. His name is Richard Andersson. It was found out when a search was made at his home address. Very likely hate crime and racially motivated attack.

Apparently, it was aimed at adult education schools and schools for learning the Swedish language. These types of schools are mainly made up of immigrants. So not surprising if they come out and say it is a hate crime attack.
