Sheikh Sharif laid the groundwork for the donkey HSM. He should be credited for whatever progress that has taken place in the Ugandan exclave.

At least Sheikh Sharif didn't stir shit up between clans, give weapons and army fatigues to militias hailing from his clan, expel several prime ministers, bow down like he's a Buddhist in Kenya, etc.

I would vote for Sheikh Sharif over this dameer any day of the week.

You don't need degrees to become a leader. Sheikh Shariif even though he was uneducated had good leadership skills because he could compromise.
