Arabic is a co-official language and the use of the language is relevant as the bombing attempt pertains to mostly Arabic-speaking people. And it was tweeted by the foreign affairs account. Even Norway tweet their foreign affairs in another language than Norwegian/their mother tounge. Most countries do this in fact
