I did provide one good solution that is LEGAL and Beneficial. Khat Juice, all we need to do is source the chemical ingredient from pharmacies that creates the high energy like khat does, We can start mixing it up in 'teas' and 'juices' or whatever type of beverage that Somalis want. They will get the same 'high' but it will cut down losing 8 hours a day chewing leaves.

Basically they get the same high and waste less time and can get back to work. We lost 8 hours a day due to khat chewers, the rest of world isn't losing this level of hours in it's economy to something that is essentially a drug session. This means they don't need to 'quit' which is unrealistic by khat-diid, you can still do it but we won't allow 8 hours of Somali economic time to be wasted in such useless past times. You can make a good 'coin' from it, I would think.

U can measure the 'active component' and create different 'streghths' of khat 'effect'. For example measure how much u need for a mardhuf effect, qayb effect, etc. But it needs measuring. Khat Beverages might even exist who knows, u can just export it rather then cooking it up in your chemical labs. I would trial this wallahi in PL and suggest to the government to 'ban' khat and force people to switch to this alternative which gives them the same high energy and lifts they're low or neutral mood. Plus u save on lost production hours, these ppl will be working and producing because drinking it is quicker then chewing it for 8 hours. I would propose this to DENI. Heck I would even hire a professional chemist to 'organize' the measurements and beverages for me and train local puntites on how to do it.
