At least some so PL’s feelings aren’t hurt. Similar to how ‘we can’t complete constitution without a SL and referendum’ excuse they use for blocking everything.

I think the HY and HJ seats should be elected from lascaanood along with the dhulbahante seats it’s easier to gather idoor chiefs in that area. if this happens dhulbahante will rise to the third spot on the daarood clan hierarchy that they lost with the rise of the kacaan and post civil war 4.5.

Just like how Banadir has MPs and is not a state, Sool&Sanaag should have the same status for now. It will take some time before a state happens but eventually you will get there.
