Shah is so filling to me.

Wtf is wrong with my stomach. I can drink a cup of shaah and feel really full to the point I can't even take a bite to eat.

All tea, I usually have my shah with cinnamon, cordamom, cloves, powdered ginger and one cube of brown sugar. No milk.
