Sharif sheikh was the president in 2009 when the government signed the MOU with Kenya, and he fired two prime ministers in his 4 years termto get the last saying in government. I talked about him in previous thread although he didn't order the minister because sharif sheikh had the last saying in matter and forced farmaajo(prime minister) to resign, also with Gaas (prime minister for one year) was forced to resign until Sharmarke became the PM.
