I like Sheeko Sheeko, but they need to change their format and start posting each podcast all at once. I don't mind the multiple videos but the one week wait between videos is annoying as hell. I can't even share this interview with my friends because it's not complete lol

I'm a bit surprised tbh. You hear about these stories but they usually happen to Somali women 40+ not a 24 year old from the 'Say Walaahi' generation. I think she's doing a great thing by detailing her experience and hopefully it will help other young women dealing with the same issue. She's strong as hell for discussing this & writing a book only a few months after her whole world came crashing down. It's not something I would be able to do.

If I was seeing someone and could see myself marrying this person I would be up front with my intentions and expectations with marriage

Now im not a big fan of 2nd wife and polygamy but I believe those Who do so see their wives like a possesion they own

One thing I would like to know is why a married guy is talking and seeing others I mean

Polygamy is allowed in certain circumstances, not for sexual lust or being bored from your wife. That's considered Womanizing. AND womanizing is HARAM.

If a person properly lowers his gaze, he wouldnt have lust for anyone but his wife.

If you want to be in a financial choke hold and be mentally exhausted knock yourself out. Polygamy only works out if you are wealthy. If you aren't than you'll live a struggle life and won't be able to adequately provide for all families fairly. The way it's being practiced back home doesn't even work, since most of them are poor. And they can't even treat their wives properly. If one of them lives in the diaspora half the time she divorces the man. Even if they decide to stay put. This is made complicated when the wives live in different continents. It's not like the nigga can teleport and treat them equally in the way of finances and attention. kkkkkkkkkk
