They just put out this face-saving memo that doesn't say anything other than they will come back together on October 26th after 'consultations' with god knows who. This means that Lafta, Qoorta and Cali Isbaaro will be allowed to leave Xamar after weeks of effectively being stranded there and unable to leave without a consensus. I doubt they will come back since there is really nothing further left for them to discuss with PL and JL out. Nothing has been agreed upon, and nothing has been decided. This is dead on arrival.

It’s just a face-saving move. They know there is no point to the meeting anymore and that they can’t put out any agreement without the biggest stakeholders there. Looks like they will accept going back to the tent in silence.

Axmed Madoobe term ends Nov 14th, sounds like Gurguurte next move is to waste Madobe's time sending him ergo until he is past that date then he will claim Axmed is no longer legal head of JL. Axmed needs to hold elections and re-elect himself before the 14th of next month.
