there's a bunch of other guys on here with a K/D ratio higher than barre in the millions, men like winston churchill and hideki tojo, you can also throw harry truman in there too. these people didn't really do anything more noteworthy than their predecessors when it comes to their nations standing on the globe. apart from causing apocalypse level famines, mao didn't do much else for china either, nothing that the kuomintang government couldnt accomplish had they been in charge still.

No you're right I'm simply saying why they're not in the top 20 I was being 'tounge in cheek' when saying this of course mao and stalin are worse, but Siad made Somalia worse in every way the other two didnt and as for Mao he changed the Chinese mindset which was needed for them to grow the way they did
