The drought was ongoing for 6 months they did nothing about it. Only the government is at fault for not planning. Drought

It's true that the government is at fault for not preparing for the drought but the suffering is at it's highest right now. How would it look if Bixi or Cirro have their political rallies while people are dying from starvation. The people there need to be able to vote, not worrying about finding their next meal.

It should not be delayed for too long though.

Yeah the government should regulate grazing areas. The soil can't cope with the constant grazing.

Also we should preserve the water that we do get instead of letting it all flow into the ocean. We wouldn't have half the problems if people had some foresight.

This is Silanyo's daughter (Luul) and her boyfriend (Baashe Morgan) enjoying life by looting

Riyaale held three elections. In 2003 (general election) , 2005 (parliamentary election), 2010 (general election).
Compared to Siil-yanyo, Riyaale was very democratic.

Al Mujahid Al Sultan Faysal ibn Cali ibn Hyena is the only hope that Somaliland has. I don't know why more people don't elect him.
