Loyal to a fault to the Somaliland project, last I remember bragging being an protectorate and not a colony.
I don't see her having the qualities to negotiate a deal and more importantly Somalia representative could feel insulted having to negotiate with a woman.

She has no relevant experience on matters of diplomacy or international law. She's unqualified at best in these matters.
Sympathy means nothing and it won't waiver the institutional protection of sovereignty in international law and the presumption precedent.
You are out of your depth on these matters if you see sympathy as an important factor.

She was a great foreign minister for SL, second only to Dr. Mohammad Abdullahi Omar in my opinion. We've really been lacking in that department for the last few years, Saad Ali Shire is essentially a yes-man and he hasn't really made a compelling case for SL independence to the International Community from what I've seen.
