I am not sure about the percentage but the mayor is Cisse Muse and the vice mayor is Muuse Cabdalle. That is the power sharing formula in that city, HJ live in eastern Sahil as well.

SM in Sheikh? never heard of it. Sheikh town is mainly CM & MC. Outside of the town they are not mixed though each sub clan has their own towns and villages.

Dacarbudhuq is on the Berbera district/Hargeisa district border it is a Cisse Muuse town.

I would say the town is Mostly ciise muuse .But, the district maybe different because it includes tullos

Yes the Makahil do live in north of Hargeisa & Bulaxaar. However in the past they lived in eastern Sahil (Siyaara) then they switched to the west side.

I am not sure what sub clan lives there presently but yes Makahiil use to live there in the 19th century before they immigrated to the west side (Bulaxaar).
