Switch off the phone lay down and focus on your breath.. Otherwise try to do some maths/calculations in your head.. That works for me.

Make a point of never taking your phone to bed or even a laptop. The bed is for sleep and nothing else. Maybe reading a book before you sleep but that's about it. And get yourself apps like this for your computer and turn on your phone's night-mode option so you're not exposed to much blue-light after the sun sets. Should help.
