Sleep is so Important

I had insomnia for 2 weeks. I slept like several hours but I was not getting rem sleep and there were nights where I would not sleep a wink. It was hell. MY muscles ached, my head hurt and I literally contemplated suicide. Found out it was post flu insomnia and there was nothing I could do but just let it pass. I slept for 10 hours straight last night. I feel so much better. My mood has improved. I am never complaining about anything ever again.

Soooo grateful this corrected itself before Ramadan. Alhamdullilah.

I had exams and papers to submit, I didn't sleep for 52 hours straight, I started seeing bizarre things, your brain fucks with you when it's deprived of sleep, would never do that again.

I tend to sleep 8 hours and I also do day naps around 4pm to 6:30 pm. That 2 hr nap is amazing. A lot of people really don't know the power of a good nap. For instance I had an older cousin who's job is extremely physical and he talk about how he always feels beat up. I told him couple time he needs to s\sleep 8hrs and needs day naps. After a couple week I seen him again he said he feels a lot better on the days he take naps compared to the days he doesn't
