So the gov wants to disarm some militia, they refuse and assault other government troops, and the militia leader is arrested.

I've always held that a nationwide disarmament campaign is necessary.

Get rid of the militias and get a unified army taking orders directly from the government meant only to serve the people.

Don't agree. There is no historical precedence that our military was ever inflicted by qabiil until after the civil war. It was perhaps our only institution where qabiil didn't matter.

If dowlada can not provide security in those areas, they shouldn't disarm him.

I would take him anyday over shabaab.
