Somaliland delegation led by the Foreign Affairs minister, Hon.Yassin Hagi is pleased to have attended the deliberations on the talks of Somaliland and Somalia with the International community that included The USA, EU, Sweden, Turkey, IGAD and The UK special envoy. It is now reported that Somalia delegation have changed their mind by canceling the attendance of the talks in the last minutes were the talks was about to open formally in Nairobi. What has angered Somalia is the presence of large number of international community delegations.
