Certainly not Somalia cause his mandate is over, I know hawiye operate by the law of the jungle that's why you have thousands of bantu troops from Congo, Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi to restore order but that don't apply to the rest of Somalia especially puntland, he's the mayor of Mogadishu at best.

I would only vote for a president that wanna
1- Equal rights for the somali people no matter sexuality, race/colour or religion
2- Secular, adopt full democracy and recognise people of other faiths.
3- Stop the arab bootyclapping or atleast control their influences in the country
4- Creates jobs for the youth and use the countries resources instead of aid

It may not happen soon but i hope to be one of the people that change the way the somali governments works in the near future.
